We hope that there will never be a reason to complain about any aspect of our service however, it is important to Grant Mills Wood that any dissatisfaction is dealt with speedily and effectively.

Where your complaint is initially made orally, whether face-to-face or by telephone, you will be requested to send a written summary of your complaint to the person dealing with it.

Once we have received your written summary of the complaint, we will contact you in writing within seven days to inform you of our understanding of the circumstances leading to your complaint.  You will be invited to make any comments that you may have in relation to this.

Within twenty-one days of receipt of your written summary, the person dealing with your complaint will write to you, in order to inform you of the outcome of the internal investigation into your complaint and to let you know what actions have been or will be taken.

If the complaint has still not been resolved to your satisfaction, we agree to the referral of your complaint to the Arbitration Service run by IDRS for business to business surveying disputes. However, if your complaint does not fall within this scope, you may refer your complaint to the Property Redress Scheme. We are committed ethically and with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to putting effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain.

Grant Mills Wood is a privately-owned property business. We advise on all general commercial agency and professional matters to clients.

The company has been trading for over 50 years and has always prided itself on its level of professionalism and treatment of employees, clients and suppliers.

The company is privately owned by chartered surveyors who are bound by the RICS code of conduct relating to business transactions and ethical matters.
