Grant Mills Wood were instructed by Big Yellow Self Storage to dispose of a 1.3 acre site on which planning for storage use had been turned down at Appeal.

We were involved in collating all planning and highway information and producing marketing details promoting the site for residential development. A deal was agreed with a Housing Association conditional on planning for a scheme of 70 units. Planning was eventually granted and the site completed.
